Boy! Franklin is about 3-3 1/2 I wasn't going to ask the other day when I weighed and measures him 11" and 10 lbs if it was still to soon to tell. And today he flashed me (and everyone I was showing him off to) lol so if he wouldn't of flashed would he still be to small?

From what I have ever been told from the great members here, yes, if he wouldn't have flashed you, it would be too soon to say 100% but it could possibly been guess pretty surely. At this age, they supposedly can still change from what it looks to be.
