Just saw this ad,on a UK site, what's the odds on this not being a scam .

These folks are in Camaroon. They also have ads up for puppies, and if you substitute "puppies" for "tortoises" you'll see that all they did was copy/paste their puppy ad to the tortoise ad. This ad has been around before.

my brother got scammed out of £400 last year over a puppy,probably the same people
