What all should I try feeding my little box turtle? He's not wanting to eat, even if i put a worm right in front of him.
Is it okay if i let a few worms in his cage so he can hunt for them with the reptibark substrate? Will he eat the substrate or will it hurt him?
My box turtle is still tiny, I'm not sure what age but I would say probably a year or two. Would a 20 or 35 gallon tote work for him during the winter or do you think it needs to be bigger?
I have a little box turtle that has not been eating that much lately and is losing some weight. He seems to still be a little active and I don't see any runny nose or anything but you can see that he has lost weight in his legs and the loose skin. Any idea what I can do to get him to eat or gain...
