Yes. It is a little shedding. Mine get it every once on a while. I try to soak a little more during that time. As long as there are no noticeably raw or open looking spots it is ok.
Henry may indeed be a Henrietta. Long tail tucked to the side would make him a Henry. Short stubby tail would make her a Henrietta. Post a good pic from the back and under side.
Our three all shed their skin. It is different in torts. They usually shed little pieces at a time. You can have hanging skin on the neck legs head. Sometimes even a scale or two will shed. I usually soak line when they are shedding. Don you'll them off. They will come off when ready. All normal.
