My wife brought it home and I don't believe it's a chery head. Was just wanting some opinions.

Ed , the 2nd one has female characteristics and yes still fairly small. Don't forget about all the extra split scutes. This points to high incubation and a female also.Your first set of photos shows boy characteristics and Redfoot.
The second appears female right now (To me)And Cherry head Redfoot.
But they are still pretty young tortoises.
They will breed. If that's what you want to do. But you'll be better with like a 3 to 1 ratio, males to females.
