If you receive an error message, please post about it here and I will try to resolve the issue ASAP.
Helpful information would include:
  • a screenshot
  • copy/paste of the error message
  • what you were doing or trying to do
  • what kind of device you are on
Thanks! Still ironing out some bugs!

I had to have a reset password link set to my email. I was able to log in with the new password you sent me. But then I try to change my password to what I want it to be and I'm not able to because where I have to verify the current password it tells me it is incorrect.

Ok, well even though it didn't want to work, it did. I was able to log in with the new password that I created. So no problems!

What is the size of the photo you're trying to upload? You're attaching it to a post? Are you using the "Upload a File" button or drag and drop?

I use the Upload a file, then I found out I can upload a smaller photo without rejection. Then that is it. I have to say for format before I can load 3 or 4 MB file without issue. But this is fine with me.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm highly appreciated. Thank you for your service.

I know this is not an "Error" message, but I'm not sure where else to put it.
I cannot figure out the search, maybe I'm just not doing it right. Most of the things I try to search, it says theres no results found. I searched "Ceramic Heat Emitter", nothing found. Any things as simple as "Light" nothing is found. I even couldn't remember where this page was and tried to search "Error" and no results were found.

Here is what I am thinking is wrong.. Yesterday I searched for something but I put a time frame on it to December. That worked, I got plenty of results. When I type in the search thing, I am leaving the time frame blank. However one of the only thing I got results for was "Sulcata". I got one result, and it said it was from today. I double checked and made sure the time frame was left empty. It was. However when I click on it, it jumps to today. This is making me think that, even though I am NOT selecting a time frame, it is putting one on it for just today.
This is what I search, notice that the time frame is left blank. This is exactly what I searched.

This is what I got

Then, when I clicked on the "Newer Than:" box, this comes up

I love the new layout and everything about the website now, I think its awesome. Like I said, I believe it was working until I put a December timeframe on something. So I'm sure its something I'm doing, which is why I was so detailed and put up so many pictures of what I did.

I'll rebuild our search indexes. That should fix it. Thanks for pointing this out - and with such detail!

@christinaland128 also, pro tip: download our dedicated app instead of the tapatalk one. Search your app store for "tortoise forum". When we get everything back online, you'll have a custom TFO interface and icon and other fancy stuff :)

@I Love Dino - I think it did that because you just posted multiple of the same thread.
