    I also would think about to get som extra lighting. Normal daylight, seems a little dark. Too dark can make the tortoise to drop activity...

    Thanks for your answer. I know its very hard to tell and this is the best picture out of 20. Pinkish is a better way to describe this than red u are right about that. Its just about a thumbnail size of pink right in the center of plastron. Ive not noticed any pinkunder her shell anytime before...
