~ Yes, they are doing great, however i suspect she will eventually be the alpha.

When does she get her own ball?

~ We always have two out at a time, however she does not have a much interest in the ball as she does chasing Jake around. She does play with it, however not like Jake.

~ We buy several and always have back ups. When one gets beat up and starts to split or crack, it gets thrown away and replace with a new one. Not worth any piece of red rubber getting torn off and swallowed by a dog or tortoise. We never use tennis balls because of all the bacteria that is harbors because of the material it is made of.

Yes...I have heard that about tennis balls too.

None of my three are remotely interested in balls.

Tug-of-war however. ..mine all love that. I just have to keep making sure I win...

Usually does end up that way.....the male is still the stronger one, however, fine with allowing the female to run the roost.....Lovely pair Gregg....
