Anyone know what this is?

This stuff is growing all along the wood line. It is a vine and seems to be taking over. (sorry about the background I set it on my craft table to the pictures)

My first thought was air potato but their leaves have a smooth edge. My second thought was grape but I have never seen grapes on it and its everywhere.
