Y Russian baby just ate a worm and swallowed it before I could grab it. It won't hurt him will it???? Please help

We're talking earthworm, right? I don't have Russians, but all of my Hermanns eat worms when they can. Won't hurt him a bit.

Yes just the normal average earth work. Phew that's okay poor thing he was actually enjoying it until I snapped the other off him lol

I think all tortoises, including Russians, eat a lot more then we realize. They are after all opportunistic feeders, which is no doubt often their key to survival. No doubt that worm supplied some trace mineral or something your tortoise could use, not to mention filling up a tiny spot of tummy.

Lol I agree in the wild they probably ate them. He did enjoy it though.
