I just got finished soaking these guys and doing some spot cleaning. I put them back in and they were all over their food rock. I'd move them so I could put the food on and they'd be right back on it all up in my way, lol.




Today's snack is kale and tomato mixed with Mazuri. Tomorrow is boiled chicken time!

Yeah. They need protein twice a month. Boiled chicken or shrimp work. Hard boiled egg, pinky mice, pill bugs and such.

oh, didnt know that! is that just for red foots or other species too? i have a golden greek so im not sure if i should do the same thing

I'm not sure about Greeks. Redfoots are omnivorous so they need protein too. @AbdullaAli should be able to answer about geeks.

I'm not sure about Greeks. Redfoots are omnivorous so they need protein too. @AbdullaAli should be able to answer about geeks.
