What type of tortoise is this!?! Please Help!

I bought him at a reptile show, and the idiot had no idea what kind of tortoise it is. I felt bad, because he belonged to an idiot, so I bought him for $150.

Sorry for the pic of his butt, I didnt want to blind him.

Its a baby leopard tortoise. Looks to be about a year or a bit less old. I wonder if the guy stole it. Whoever had it before you took very good care of it. The shell looks great.

Yvonne (emysemys) is definitely not a guy, but she sure is right! That is an adorable, and very smooth baby Leopard tortoise. Take good care of it!
