hello hello, its been a while since ive posted. but i had a few questions for my sulcata.

i read on here they like (tortoises like) routine?
if so, does NOT having a routine stress them out?
if so i need to jump on the routine bandwagon...

also, lately our tortoise has been sleeping in and eating later, is there a way to coax him/her into eating earlier? its starting to eat around 8pm

or 6pm

is this normal?

i know its cold in the house in the morning, but sleeping in until 1? or 2? even when we have the lamp on and the heater in the house on?

:( are we doing soemthing wrong?

I don't have a specific routine.

What are your day and night temps? Basking spot temp? Cool and warm side temps?

How old is your tort? What substrate do you use? Any pics of your setup?

Seems like we just had a thread like this and it turned out the temps were a bit too cool, and once she warmed the little torts up they got more active, stayed awake more and ate better. :p

I hope it's that simple for Bulbasaur. ;)
