Not great on identifying aquatic species. It is ID'd as a "Balkan Pond Turtle" on the web site I checked. Therefore I would say it is an example of Emys orbicularis, commonly known as the European Pond Turtle.

Zovick is "The Godfather" of tortoises.

I do think it is a European Pond Turtle. Here are some more photos:

Not an Emys. Looks to me like a Mauremys. Probably Mauremy rivulata
