Tomato plants?

I was considering making an outdoor enclosure for my russian in my garden which has 4 tomato plants in it.

I can't find much information on whether or not they are toxic. I know most torts wont eat what they aren't supposed to, but I would rather be safe than sorry!

Opinions/facts needed! Thank you!

Tomato plants are considered toxic.

Tomatoes are fine on occasion? Leaves and plant are toxic to tortoises
