Hello everyone I recently changed the bottom of my enclosure to support the extra weight and made the substrate deeper for him to burrow since then he hasn't eaten also as the weather here (uk) has warmed up its is around 87 in the enclosure during the day and 82% humidity is this too hot or is it just because his been unsettled? Thanks kane.

There are four temperatures to be aware of and adjust as needed. You said it is 87. 87 where and when?

We need to know warm side, cool side, basking area and overnight low.

If the whole thing is just 87 all the time, then that is likely your issue.

That all sounds good 87 is not too warm. I let my ambient creep into the 90s during summer.

Your issue is elsewhere.

How often do you soak?
What are you using for UV?
What substrate are you using?
What are humidity levels like?

I was soaking twice a day was going to go down to one.

Substrate is top soil and coco coir.

Humidity does drop to 75 sometimes but more often at 80

Using a mvb 120 watt for I've and a che for night.

Recently removed substrate to place an old shower curtain under to prevent mould could that be something?

Thanks
