I have the coconut fiber loose substrate and I have had it for a little less than a month. I have noticed what looks like white web-like mold in and around the corner of my enclosure where the alfalfa pellets are located. I personally heard the coconut fiber would not mold. Is this because of the alfalfa pellets? I am going to buy a new batch of substrate if this is the case and throw out the alfalfa pellets.

Yes it would be the alfalfa pellets. I would get rid of them and do either all coir or a combination of coir and soil. Just make sure if you combine the coir with soil that its pure soil, not the kind with all the additives to make plants grow better.

And upping the Temp usually helps stop the mold.

Change the substrate to a 70/30 mix of play sand and coir. Get rid of the alfalfa and replace it with timothy. Alfalfa is likely to mold when it becomes even slightly wet.

Also, I would make sure you stir it up everyday.
