Small clover-looking plants

Or maybe they are clover? I dont know hehe

These are some newly sprouted weeds in our yard here in the Philippines. These probably came from bird droppings or something. Can anybody id them?

I dont know what they are, but im pretty sure that these are the types of weeds my tortoises would love to graze on

They are definitely not clover.

Unfortunately I cannot tell you what they really are.

Some flowers now showing. Not sure though if from the same weed or a different set one.
