Sick adult yellow foot

Today i purchased 6 adult red/ yellow foots 3 red and 3 yellw one of my big yellow foots i mean big 15". She is gargeling, white mush coming out here mouth clear liquid coming out her not very non active almost tired looking when she walks its very labored. She only goes a few feet and then she lays down im very worried i have several red foots and never had this before. Any one have advice.

Try giving her a good, long soak first. She may be dehydrated. Fluid coming from the mouth is concerning (I've seen this before with pneumonia) - I would get her to a vet.

Have the vet check for pneumonia, too.

Where did you get them from?

Did you open the animal up? I would not be surprised if the animal had Dystocia going on....

I always check this just to make sure I am not losing extra lives by not checking.

Egg binding. You would have to open the corpse. If due to eggs, some could be saved and successfully incubated. I check this whenever someone near me loses an adult female. I also check roadkill, pull intact eggs out, incubate them, and release any resulting hatchlings. Lots of turtles now exist that otherwise would not.
