Shell Rot???

I am unsure if my greek tortoise Petunia has old shell rot or something else. When I took her to the vet to get checked out after I bought her the vet didn't say anything about it. Although I didn't ask, I was more concerned with her respiratory infection. I just want to make sure. it doesn't look to be spreading, doesn't smell, and isn't soft.

is it only on the bottom there?

The pic is un clear, normally shell rot is accompanied by red blotches around the area affected.

Not sure if it's my camera or me but I can't seem to get a better picture but now she has white circles down the middle of the bottom of her shell and outer rim of the top. The circles are tiny and it is only circle outlines not filled in spots. They look to be in the layers not on the top outer layer. Kinda freaking out and it is extremly hard to find what I am looking for through google

If it was shell rot (can't tell from the pic) it looks like it's already healed so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
