Rough age?

So I'm just looking for someone to give me an idea of how old my tort is? I was told he hatched in 2020 but when I see posts of other people saying the weight of their one year olds I feel like mine is way off.
He's 6cm's in length and
Weight 39g.

I appreciate there's no accuracy with this just looking for someone's best guess before I panic he's underweight! ?
