Hi all,
I have a baby leopard tortoise that is about 4 months old.
I have two food questions:
1. Is the plant sedum rupestre safe for him to eat? I can't seem to find info about it...
2. I read on another thread that there are more than one kinds of mazuri tortoise food (one w/ lower starch maybe??).
I have the small pellet "plain" mazuri food, which my baby does not seem to enjoy. Is this the kind I should be offering him?

Thanks!
Katie

Please post a photo of the plant as the Sedum are sorta hit or miss for edibles. Also for the Mazuri there are two different types Mazuri and Mazuri LS which is low starch or last standing. LS is hit or miss with torts. Mazuri original is the kind I use and my leopard kicks into another gear to get to it!

I would not feed the Sedum to mine as I can’t be sure. There are so many other good plants and weeds to not chance it.
