I believe you have Ornithogalum umbellatum (Star of Bethlehem). Does it produce white flowers? It emerges in spring, flowers and then completely dies back. It is a plant that is produced from bulbs. Typically bulbous plants should be avoided when feeding tortoises, but I’m not sure if that applies here. Those appear to be two different plants…It has these blue flowers
I do believe this to be Ornithogalum umbellatum. They flowers usually come a bit later than the foliage.Could be, the blue ones look like hyacinth. The other one has no flowers, just grows in tall clumps like this View attachment 342108
