I'm very worried.
Yesterday I found a stool with white spots all over it (like sand) I tried calling the vet but he was in surgery.
Today during his soak he released a healthy black firm stool, but after that he started releasing green very watery stools that dissolved in the water. He was also very nervous, he kept trying to escape and climb the walls of the tub.

"He" is about 7 months old. And right now he eats spring mix, alfalfa, Timothy hay, Mazuri and prickly pear. With occasionally treats of different things like squash or clovers.
His appetite is normal and in general he looks very healthy and he is growing fast, very very fast.

When a tortoise actually sheds worms in the stool, it is full grown worms that look like noodles or rice. I don't know what your white spots were, but it doesn't sound like worms to me. And the worm eggs are microscopical.

The next time you get some of that runny poop see if you can bag it up to take to the vet.
