My 7yr old russian tortoise has started to wake at 5am and spends all day walking around and stratching in her enclosure. This is new as she is normally very relaxed. Any ideas on what is going on please?

What are your four temperatures?

What type of heating and lighting?

What substrate?

What size enclosure?

Have you been letting the tortoise out of the enclosure to roam the floor?

I don't really know what you mean by 4 temperatures but under the lamps it is 39.7 C. At night it drops to 15.8 C and inher dig box it is 18C during the day. I have never let her roam the house. She does have an outdoor enclosure but it's too cold as I'm in England. I did put her out yesterday in desperation for an hour and she did settle a lot afterwards.
Her dig box is top soil and her main enclosure is orchid bark ( which is new)
I've attached some photos of the bulbs i am using and they are on 10 hrs a day.
Enclosure is 142cm x 75cm x 41cm.

Thank you for your help.

I think she just wants to get back outside. I don't think there is really much you can do, they like large open spaces.
