If it has a yolk sac you need to keep it in a brooder box for another week or so. The breeder should not have let it go yet.

Go get a couple of plastic shoe boxes and drill 2-4 quarter inch holes on the side of the box near the top. Line the bottom with damp (NOT wet) paper towels, and drop in some greens. Keep the box somewhere warm. 85-90 degrees. Everyday you should soak the tortoise for five minutes or so while you put fresh bedding and greens in the second box. This way one box airs out while the other is in use. Swap boxes every day.

Usually after about a week, the tortoise will have absorbed its yolk sac and started eating for you. Then it can be moved into a proper baby enclosure.
