My 3 month old sulcata blew a bubble out of his noise

Seems to have his appetite, Should I be worried or can this happen on occasion without it meaning sickness. I'm a first time tortoise owner so it's like being a new mom.....worried about every little noise and stuff and things.....lol

Yes, I live in Arizona and it makes it easier to keep them at warm humid temp

I gave him a soak about an hour prior

80 at the end with the hide, 90 at other end with basking spot around 100

everything sounds pretty good to me. The bubble out of the nose is more than likely a one-time occurrence after a soak
