Seems to have his appetite, Should I be worried or can this happen on occasion without it meaning sickness. I'm a first time tortoise owner so it's like being a new mom.....worried about every little noise and stuff and things.....lol

It's normal to be worried about everything. Is your tortoise kept warm at all times, 90f ambient temperature?

everything sounds pretty good to me. The bubble out of the nose is more than likely a one-time occurrence after a soak
