Hi,
I'm really hoping someone can help me. I'm moving to Dubai in August and really want to take my tortoise with me. She is literally like another child to me - she comes to work with me everyday, she is so friendly and I feel heartbroken. The exotic vet said that she doesn't recommend taking her and that it is 'highly inappropriate' to have my tort as hand luggage even with hot water bottles and bedding.
I have all her CITES paperwork. Please, can anyone offer advise?
Thanks

Hi, i doubt you can not take it on the plane with you and even going through baggage checks, they may Confiscate. You need to read UAE animal import rules or contact a pet broker to discuss options.
I just searched and found this.....
