I really don't have a problem with the Arcadia bulb, but a Mercury Vapor will do heating for you as well. Do you really need as much light as the 100w bulb is kicking out? That is as much as we would usually use for a full bedroom all concentrated in a small habitat.

I use the Zoo Med Power Sun mercury vapor 100 watt bulb and I do sware by them. My exotic vet I take Cooper to also swares by them. They have me bring my bulb in and test it to make sure it is putting out the correct amount of uva/uvb rays too. I'm no expert by any means but it helps keep Coopers (he is a Sulcata) home about 90-98 on the warm side and 80-85 on the cool side. They are not cheap but I think its worth it as long as its helping Cooper live a better life. Have a good day!
