Might be purchasing this leopard tort.
They can't get a tail picture. It is 3 years old. Male?

Looking female but probably not big enough to look anything other than female as well. Needs to grow a bit more.

they usually do, especially matured males with well developed tails, but some females do it as well. so it's not a definitive indicator of sex.
