Hi

We are looking to rehome our 20 year old 100 lbs + Sulcata; Frank.
He is 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. We are looking for a home with lots of room to roam, graze and burrow. Frank is healthy and has been vet checked over the years and eats a diet of hay, grass, roses, etc. He gets the ocassional treats of fruit and or lettuce. He needs fresh water everyday. He is very friendly, loves to beg and doesn't mind dogs as long as they don't harrass him. We are hoping to find someone who treats him as a member of the family.

Thank you

also, are you willing to ship? do you only want local placement and are you asking a adoption fee.
Pictures would be nice too.
There are a lot of people here, lots of sulcata lovers.
:)

Shipping a 100 pount Tortoise seems unlikely. Although I'd love to see the face of the guy who picks that up for delivery.

Hi Everyone
Thanks for your responses. We are located in Phoenix Arizona. I would be willing to transport him myself to California, Nevada, New Mexico, etc if I could be sure he was going to a safe home. I would also consider shipping if it was safe for him. Getting him into a car is not going to be easy b/c we have not been able to lift him for a couple of years now. If anyone could help us or pass the word along we would greatly appreciate it. We are moving to northern New England in a year and this is no type of envirnoment for him.

How do I add photos of him? We've got a ton.

Thank you

Wow he is so handsome.

Arizona to Northern New England?
Are you crazy?

I live in Massachusetts and I hate the winters.
