Looking after a relatives tort

I tend to use kitchen paper to get water of the top and rest remain wet and back to the enclosure. Has it enjoyed the soaks? Did you manage to clean the shell?

So he's walking around, but he still seems uninterested in his food, we are just cleaning up the leaves from around his box and leaving some food here for him if he fancies some later
