Short answer? No.
But in general. I gave up on attempting to seal wood a long time ago.
We have several members with a lot more experience with sealing wood to make an enclosure. But I suggest using pond liner material. Or not using wood at all. If that's what your attempting.
High humidity and indoors wooden enclosures are tricky.
