Is my Hermann tort Sheldon actually a Shelly?

Hiya,
I'm new here so apologies if I am posting in the wrong place. Here is my Hermann tortoise Sheldon, I would really appreciate any ideas about if 'he' is actually a he. He was hatched in 2010 so I'm not sure if he is too young to tell properly but I would like some help with sexing him please. Here are a few pictures, thanks xxx

My Herman is called Sheldon/Shelly. He is only 7 months so he's still to young to tell [TURTLE]
