1. Shepherd's purse - my animals don't eat it
2. might be calif. poppy, but I'm not sure
3. fiddle neck - parts are toxic
4. mustard - my animals don't eat it

The poppy look alike has been growing for some time and no flowers have been produced

Is the 4th one safe to feed then?

WTF are you in California; it's a big state? Why the mystery?

Don't feed Cal. poppies to most tortoises. Maybe desert tortoises. Most poppies should be avoided.

Whatever mustard you have, it's not very palatable; just buy some seeds of better greens, and rip the weeds out.

There are far too many people posting threads with "is this edible?"- type titles. Rip the crap out, and plant some good edible things there. This gets so tiresome.
