hey im rach and i have a 9 year old herman tortiose named peter but later found out peter was a female lol

can someone please help my tortoise hasnt eaten for at least a week now i have given her plenty ov veg and fruit also dried compleat food and she still wont eat also she hasnt been to the toilet many thanks rach x
