Help !! Please ! (tortoise ate dirt)

My sister's tortoise pickles Ate dirt.
What should we do. Any suggestions????!

What kind of moist food ? My sister's tortoise is ( Testudo graeca Greek tortoise )
And one last question. When I feed her moist food
Won't that makes the food and the dirt more stuck in their stomach ?

Mine do that and as long as it is not sand, should not be an issue.

Tortoise eat dirt...it is common...keep the tortoise well hydrat ed and the tortoise should be business as usual...they live in t he dirt..they are supposed to be dusty...they are designed to live in the earth and dirt is part of it

My tortoise will literally stop to take a few chomps out of the dirt. It drives me crazy and freaks me out, but she's always fine afterward! Your sisters should be do.
