Help!! (dent in shell)

My turtle has a dent on her shell. I need help on how to get rid of it.

I doubt there's much you will be able to do about that dent.

Are you feeding your turtle any live food? Does the turtle get any sunshine or UVB?

No I don't have a UVB light the only thing I have is a basking lighting.

It happen over night. I don' remember when it happen.

I agree, your turtle needed uvb lighting from the moment you got her. It's likely that she will continue to develop more dents in her scutes unless you provide calcium block and uvb lighting.

Did you also get her a calcium block? Without calcium, the uvb lighting alone isn't going to repair the dents or prevent them in the future.
