Grass question-

I can't seem to find specific references to whether winter rye grass and the "cat grass" in pet shops is ok for torts? (Hermann's). I know I can get winter rye grass to grow now, but don't know if there's any point in trying to grow any of the tortoise grass seed mixes indoors during the winter?

Cat grass from the pet store is good. I remember reading on here about it. It Isabel good because its very tender for the little ones.
