Good vet in South Central PA?

View attachment 41293 I've had my Greek tort for 2 weeks now and he seems healthy enough, but his shell has some spots on it (there when we got him) and though there is no discharge, his eye lids look a little puffy. Does he look healthy to the more experienced tort people? Also, I live in South Central PA near Harrisburg and does anyone know a good vet in this area for tortoises? I would like to take him for a check up soon.

I'm not sure why my picture is not viewable on my last post, but this morning, poor little Tech's right eye was swollen and when he opened it, it was watery with fluid. He blinked and wiped it with his leg and went back to sleep. His other eye is ok, at least for now. He still eats normally, and from what I've read, he may have either a respiratory infection or Vitamin A deficiency, and we think it is Vit. A deficiency since he still eats. Has anyone had just one eye like this? How did you administer the Cod liver oil, or is there a better way to treat it?
