Curious as to my Steve's Subspecies

I saw the older thread on subspecies, but I definitely do not have an eye for determining the differences! So I thought I would post a couple photos for more of the experts out there. I hope the photos are sufficient; please excuse the food on his face!

Furthermore, what is the latest on the Testudo vs. Agrionemys genus name? I glanced at The Reptile Database, and it looks pretty dang complex to me!

I'd say horsefeldii?
Not sure on the other thing buddy!

These are the three subspecies that some people recognize:
Testudo horsfieldii horsfieldii
Testudo horsfieldii kazachstanica
Testudo horsfieldii rustamovi

Oxalis I know of no subs but what are the differences . And were in mich. Are you from resin I ask is I was born there a very very very long time ago !
