craigslist box turtle with cracked shell needs help!

What's so sad about it? That's not a bad injury. I emailed them and advised what I would do about such an injury. The turtle is going to be ok. It's similar in severity to a skinned knee on a toddler. Not bad at all.

Don't get me wrong, I understand that it's not a fatal injury or anything! Giving advice was good idea, but I'm just sorry it happened in the first place.

I didn't see it that way actually. I see someone asking for help/advice more than anything. You have no idea what this persons situation is.
