fast question!...
can i take my russian to the park ( feet from my house ) to roam around and get some sun? i am not to aware if they care for weeds or any fertilizers.. although there are a ton of dandelions EVERYWHERE! so not to sure if they care for weeds?? ha but what is your opinion? my backyard isn't tortoise friendly so i was curious.

I wouldn't do it myself, you don't know if they spray for weeds or use chemicals just not worth it in honest opinion.

I would avoid any unknowns, fert., pesticides, etc.... Just not worth the risk in my opinion.

Yeah, I would have to agree with the rest :) I use to work at a wildlife/camping park and we did not use any pesticides/herbicides nor any other chemicals at all on the turf/weeds....so it was a perfect place to walk the torts (when I use to work there on my down time you could find me walking the torts :p ) Now, I go there to do grazing of the dandelions for my guys and bring the booty home for their chowing pleasure.... :D
