Greetings from the frigid north. Well, not too frigid. Calgary gets its ups and downs in temperature. Anyways, I'm Nathan and I've been doing a lot of research into small tortoise care in preparation to get a Russian, Greek, Hermann's, or Marginated tortoise. Ever since I started working at the Calgary Zoo and have volunteered to take our resident Leopard Tortoise (Sheldon) on his morning walks, I've fallen in love with these cold-blooded comrades and am well on my way to taking care of my own. I just need some more specific information (most of which can hopefully be gleaned from here) and I'll make my choice and take the tortoise plunge!
