2010 Marginatas out of hibernation.

All my Marginatas are out of hibernation, & warming up in a bath.
The largest is about 9"

Aww so pretty :) You'll have to share more pictures of them! We don't see many marginatas around here!

My friend has a marginata, but he wont join up to TFO lol i keep bugging him to.

They are lovely!

I agree, there aren't nearly enough Marginata owners around here. Which especially sucks to me, because I LOVE Marginatas! (I think it's the skirt...) Kymiie, keep bugging him! You'll get 'im yet! =D

Hi Betts,
My torts usually stop eating before Oct. Sometime in Nov. the last ones are going down for winter. Its always the second week in Feb, when the first ones start to wake up.

Oh & I second, getting you're friend to check out the forum, Its the only place I've found where Marginata owners congregate.

Why are Marginatas rare?

Where is their native habitat?

Do all of them hibernate every year? :p
