Small ~5-6 inch Hermann's tortoise lost in Covina Hills. Virtually no shell pyramiding and has black patterns on his shell. I have no pictures of him right now, sadly. However, he does kind of look like this (picture found on google images)
Possibly stolen. I don't know what luck I'll have...
