Thank you!!
It's nice to have positive feedback!
I have another thread on here about him, he's got a shell deformity because I've been keeping him wrong for a few years (I didn't know any better) so it's good to know I'm doing something right now!
Thank you!!
The balls are bigger than they look, at the moment he is too small to try to eat them but I will be keeping a very close eye on him. They may be coming out anyway as my daughter was desperately trying to eat them earlier too!!!
Do you think he will be able to climb over the sides? I...
Been out in the garden all afternoon sorting out Chewys patch!
He is a 4 year old Herman so still very small. I will be putting bigger borders on it if he starts to climb out.
He will also only be outside when I am around to keep an eye on him!
Thank you!
I'm in the process of sorting out an outdoor enclosure for her, I've got some plug plants and weeds that I'm going to plant in there for her too.
It's good to know that once I've done that I'll have got things right!

I'm from the West Midlands in England and Chewy currently lives indoors in a tortoise table.
I'm not sure whether she is starting to show signs of MBD, have booked her in at the...

I feel so guilty that this has happened :(
The drops are in the drinking water and I put nutrobal (calcium & vitamins) on the food. This is why I think it's the UVB bulb that's not strong enough. I'm thinking of upping it to a 12%
Thank you for replying!
I soak her once a week, she has calcium drops in her drinking water & nutrobal on her food at least once a week.
I'm not sure whether her UVB bulb isn't strong enough.
I've got a 4 year old Herman who I've had for two years.
The past couple of months her shell has been growing deformed at the back. I've taken her to an exotics vet who was no help at all. He didn't know what was wrong with her and said to go back in a few months to see if there's any changes...
