Hi everyone. I worry about my tortoise (probably too much haha) but i was just wondering does he look healthy?? I want to look after him best I can but there is so much information out there and some conflicts itself. Thanks in advance. He is only out so I could get a clear picture btw

Taken everyone's advice and replaced the sand in my tortoises enclosure with coir shavings...checked on the tort last night and he was completely buried, took me a second to find him my husband then worried he wouldn't be able to breathe...really silly but are we being over dramatic or will he...

My horsefield tortoise is about 2years old and is normally very quiet however the last few days all he has done is walk up and down one side of his enclosure trying to climb up the side. I've given him lots of exercise and a bath but nothing is working. Any suggestions on what I can do to calm...

I will definitely do that. He loves to climb things. This is his enclosure, I've just taken out the log which is what he likes to climb over. He normally makes it over but I'm worried it will happen again while I'm at work

I've just found my 1 year old upside down...I think he was trying to climb something in his enclosure and lost balance. Is there anything I need to be aware of? I just put him he right way up again obviously.
