Thanks for your welcomes I am finding caring for a tortoise more complicated than it seemed like 40 years ago but i suppose with the internet etc we know more about how to properly look after them

My wife and i have had our little russian Charlie for 3 months and are just waiting for warmer weather to let him out into the sun as you can see from the pic he loves climbing. looking forward to getting some great info from the forums.
