    So I've been trying to heal my baby sulcata from a respitory infection for about 2 weeks now and I've taken him to the vet several times which they didn't want to give him an antibiotic because he is so little.     Yes tom I think I may have read every thread ever posted! Lol I'm just kidding but I spend most of my time trying to learn more everything is inspect except his night temps were getting about 72-75 but I did get a night heat lamp that keeps it at about 80-85

    I believe my baby sulcata tort has a respitory infection. I took him to my vet and he sent him home after 2 days and said he was healthy and that the bubbles coming from his nose are just him secreting salt from his body. Still doesn't explain the popping noises he makes when he opens his mouth...

    I sure hope my baby doesn't have hfs idk what I'll do I've not even had him 3 weeks and I'm so attached! He is still active as ever and eating fine I will DEFFINATLEY start soaking him everyday and will change his bulb out as soon as I can ! :(

    I used to keep water in his enclosure and he wouldn't even go anywhere near it I will put it back in and what is a better diet that won't block calcium?

    Basking temps are about 98-103 and his night temps are 75-80 I am going to try a new substrate even though my vet told me the pellets were fine and I soak him about 15-20 min

    I don't have a soaking dish in his enclosure but I do take him out to soak every 2 days
